The quickest way
Press "Ask Dewey" in the bottom corner of any page. Dewey, our help-desk librarian, answers questions about how the site works right away. If Dewey can't help, he asks you a couple of quick questions and passes them to a person, who replies by email.
For anything else, including privacy requests, deleting your account, business questions, or partnerships, email support@mypollyanna.com. It's the same team as My Pollyanna, so that address reaches us for both sites.
If your question is about a particular group, include the group's name and the email address you sign in with, so we can find it.
